Laura in the Lakes

My work schedule was pretty crazy in Feb and Mar and I ended up worked 24 out of 26 days! So at the end of it, my wonderful husband arranged for a relaxing weekend away in the Lake District.

The fantastic hotel Grant booked, with an indoor pool, sauna and fabulous restaurant!

It also had swings!! Which Laura loved, but the swings didn't love her, those few extra pounds...it was creaking quite a bit...

Spring is in bloom!

It had fantastic views as well!

Went for a boat ride around lake Derwentwater the following day, too bad it was a bit cool and rainy
